Shipping Policy

Once you place your order online, all items are shipped from our warehouse in State College, Pennsylvania, within 5-8 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). For USPS, UPS, and DHL shipping, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed and on its way!

Please note: Items shipped from other vendors may take longer to arrive. You will be notified of any extended shipping times upon checkout or via email.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Orders going to destinations outside of the US are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
• The cost of enclosed items will be on external customs forms even if the parcel is a gift with an enclosed gift receipt.
• Once your order arrives at its destination you will be responsible for any fees associated with releasing your order from customs (e.g. import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to).
• When the parcel reaches the destination country, it may be subject to standard customs clearance procedures which may result in delays. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and may affect the final delivery date.
